Veveří Castle Courtyards
Self-guided tour of all courtyards of Castle Veveří.
Self-guided tour of all castle’s courtyards, including access to the Powder Tower, guard gallery on the Outer Ward, and selected seasonal exhibitions located in the hall behind the main ticket office, or on the ground floor of the English Wing.
From July the 2nd 2016, it is possible to visit a permanent exhibition Lion and Eagle. Moravian Luxembourgers and Their Castle that is included in the entrance fee for the castle courtyards. The exhibition is on the ground floor of the Palace with the Keep.
This tour is self-guided. It is up to the visitors to decide on the pace of the tour and spots they would like to visit.
For all outdoor premises of the castle, is possible to use an audio guide that can be downloaded for free upon the entrance through both gates. Note that the audio guide is only available in Czech language.
